摘要
数字档案资源生态服务旨在对数字档案资源进行有效管理基础上,确保数字环境下档案信息服务的可持续供给与数字档案资源的可持续利用。本文以生态服务理论为指导,聚焦数字档案资源服务主题,分析阐释数字档案资源生态服务概念及其内涵,重点探讨云计算、大数据、“互联网+”、人工智能等现代信息前沿技术快速发展环境下的绿色服务、低碳服务、众包服务、云服务、智能服务等数字档案资源生态服务方式及其实现策略,推进数字档案资源共建共享共治,促进社会数字档案资源信息消费,增强数字档案资源信息竞争力、文化软实力与社会影响力,提高数字档案资源生态位。
The ecological service of digital archive resources aims to ensure the sustainable supply of archive information services and the sustainable use of digital archive resources in the digital environment based on the effective management of digital archive resources.This article is guided by the theory of ecological services,focusing on the theme of digital archive resources services,analyzing and explaining the concept and connotation of the ecological service of digital archive resources,and focusing on the rapid development environment of modern information frontier technologies such as cloud computing,big data,"Internet+",artificial intelligence,etc.Under the green services,low-carbon services,crowdsourcing services,cloud services,intelligent services and other digital archive resources ecological service methods and their implementation strategies,promote the joint construction,sharing and governance of digital archive resources,promote the social information consumption of digital archive resources,enhance the information competitiveness,cultural soft power and social influence of digital archive resources,improve the digital archive resources niche.
