摘要 [目的/意义]通过质性分析方法探寻企业档案管理人员胜任力特征,构建企业档案管理人员胜任力模型,丰富和发展档案学领域关于专业人才能力素质评价和胜任力理论,并为档案学专业教学改革提供参考和依据。[方法/过程]通过与在企业工作的档案管理人员的深度访谈,对访谈文本进行质性分析,归纳出胜任力特征,构建企业档案管理人员胜任力模型。[结果/结论]发现企业档案管理人员胜任力特征,包括基础胜任力和核心胜任力的7个特征22个指标,其中基础胜任力包括知识、技能特征,核心胜任力包括特质、价值观、动机、认知和思维方式特征,建构企业档案管理人员胜任力模型。 [Purpose/significance]Through qualitative research method,this paper explores the competency characteristics of enterprise records manager,constructs the competency model of enterprise records manager,enrichs and develops the theoretical research on the evaluation of professional competency and competency in archival science,and provides reference and basis for the research on teaching reform of archival science.[Method/process]Through in-depth interviews with records manager working in the enterprise,qualitative analysis of the interview text is conducted to summarize the competency characteristics and build the competency model of enterprise records manager.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the competency characteristics of enterprise records manager include7 characteristics and 22 indicators of basic competency and core competency,among which basic competency includes knowledge and skills,and core competency includes traits,values,motivation,cognition and thinking mode,so as to construct the competency model of enterprise records manager.
