摘要
采用DEA-Malmquist分析法和案例分析法对比研究了传统模式下甘肃省和大数据模式下陕西省苹果种植环节质量管理差异,研究发现:2011—2018年,陕西省苹果种植技术效率变化、纯技术效率变化、规模效率变化均高于甘肃省,主要原因是甘肃省在苹果种植环节应用大数据技术的水平比较滞后,通过大数据技术为苹果种植增加产量、提高质量的效果不太显著。研究结果表明要利用大数据技术提高甘肃苹果种植环节的质量管理水平,需要提高政府财政支持力度,加强宣传,加强大数据平台建设,改变果农的传统管理理念,实施人才引进战略。
The DEA-Malmquist analysis method and the case analysis method were used to compare and study the quality management differences of apple planting links between Gansu Province under the traditional model and Shaanxi Province under the big data model.The study found that:in 2011—2018,technical efficiency change,pure technical efficiency change and scale efficiency change of apple planting in Shaanxi Province are higher than those in Gansu Province.The main reason is that Gansu Province lags in the application of big data technology in apple planting.The effect of using big data technology to increase output and improve quality of apple planting is not significant.The research results show that to use big data technology to improve the quality management level of Gansu apple planting links,it is necessary to increase government financial support,strengthen publicity,strengthen the construction of big data platforms,change the traditional management concepts of fruit farmers,and implement talent introduction strategies.
