摘要
目的:分享本院在新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona vins disecse-19,COVID-19)疫情下儿童发热门诊采血护士防止发生院内感染的防控策略。方法:总结分析2020年1月27日至2月26日在本院儿童发热门诊15名采血护士在感染防控中,制定并执行相应措施和流程的可行性和操作性。且将每天采血护士的体温和有无呼吸道症状及全身症状作为监测指标。结果:儿童发热门诊采血护士制定和落实规范的感染防控措施,通过执行从采血前环境和自身防护准备、以及适宜的采血血管选择、安全的采血站位、合理的患儿体位摆放和固定等预防措施,15名护士均未出现体温发热,体温波动在36.1~37.0℃,均未出现呼吸道症状及全身症状表现,无院内感染现象发生。结论:在COVID-19疫情下,儿童发热门诊采血护士做好院内感染防控对有效降低护士院内感染率和防止被潜在冠状病毒感染具有重要意义。
Objective:To share nosocomial infection prevention and control strategies for phlebotomists at a children’s fever clinic of our hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods:From January 27 to February 26,2020,15 phlebotomists developed and implemented a set of measures to prevent and control infection.They were monitored for body temperature and respiratory and systemic symptoms every day.Results:The phlebotomists formulated and implemented standardized infection control measures:preparing the environment and self-protection before blood drawing,selecting appropriate blood vessels,taking a safe standing position to draw blood,positioning and restraining the children in a suitable position,etc.No one had fever,with temperature between 36.1°C and 37.0°C.No respiratory or systemic symptoms were observed.There was no nosocomial infection.Conclusion:Effective infection prevention and control measures can reduce nosocomial infection rate and prevent potential coronavirus infection among phlebotomists at the children’s fever clinic during the COVID-19 epidemic.
