摘要
解读新时代背景下城市景观风貌提升与发展的要求,基于《浙江省城乡景观风貌条例》这一全国首创条例,探索新城市景观风貌专项规划的研究编制方法。以舟山市城市景观风貌规划为例,依托SDK数据的创新应用,通过特色可辨、体系可塑、景观可感3个层次的研究,以景观风貌的系统塑造与切实感知为规划目标,塑造舟山海上花园城的特色风貌。
Based on Regulations of Zhejiang Province on the Cityscape,the first applied regulation on cityscape planning in China,the paper analyzes the requirement of city landscape promotion and development in the new era and explores a plausible way for the research of special cityscape planning.The cityscape of Zhoushan is illustrated as an example as how to present its oceanic garden features through three levels of researches including distinctive identities and features,a programmable planning system and a perceivable cityscape.Such researches are made possible by the new application of SDK database and aimed at an outcome of a systematic design and actual perceivable result.
