提升问诊技能的教学研究现状与思考 被引量:16

摘要 问诊是“诊病之要领,临证之首务”。如何尽早地锻炼学生在校期间的临床实践技能,更好地完成中医诊断学这门课程是中医教育工作者亟待解决的问题。有较多学者做了关于强化学生问诊技能的教学研究,开展了PBL教学、角色扮演、标准化病人、与现代软件技术相结合等针对学生问诊技能实训的教学模式,一方面提高学生的中医问诊技能,另一方面达到中医诊断学问诊部分的教学目标。文章总结了近年来有关提升问诊技能的教学研究现状,并基于文献分析提出了未来研究展望。 The inquiry is“the essentials of diagnosis,the first task of clinical.”How to train students'clinical practice skills during school as soon as possible,and better completion of TCM diagnostics is an urgent problem for TCM educators.More scholars have done teaching research on strengthening the skills of students’inquiry,and have carried out PBL teaching,role-playing,standardized patients,and modern software technology to teach students the skills of training,on the one hand to improve students’TCM inquiry skills,on the other hand,reach the teaching objectives of the TCM diagnostics inquiry section.The article summarizes the current status of teaching research on improving the skills of inquiry,and proposes future research prospects based on literature analysis.
