摘要
目的探讨改良棉柔胶布固定法在小儿经口气管插管中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年10月我院收治的60例经口气管插管患儿,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)。对照组施以常规固定方式,试验组施以改良棉柔胶布固定方式,观察两组的气管插管移位与脱出情况、黏膜压力性损伤发生情况、口腔清洁度情况、并发症发生情况、气管插管移动距离、家长满意度情况、口腔护理的准备时间及操作时间。结果试验组的气管插管移位与脱出情况好于对照组,黏膜压力性损伤发生率与并发症发生率低于对照组,口腔清洁度优于对照组,气管插管移动距离明、口腔护理的操作时间短于对照组,家长满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组的口腔护理准备时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良棉柔胶布固定法在小儿经口气管插管中的应用有显著临床效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified cotton flexible tape fixation on transoral tracheal intubation in children.Methods From June 2018 to October 2019,60 children treated with oral tracheal intubation were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and test group(n=30)according to the method of random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with modified cotton flexible tape.The test group was treated with modified cotton flexible adhesive tape,the displacement and prolapse of tracheal intubation,mucosal stress injury,oral cleanliness,complications,distance of tracheal intubation,parents′satisfaction and satisfaction,preparation time and operation time of oral care between two groups were compared.Results The tracheal intubation displacement and prolapse in the test group was better than that in the control group,the incidence of mucosal pressure injury and complications was lower than that in the control group,the oral cleanliness was better than that in the control group,the operating time of tracheal intubation moving distance were shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction of parents was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified cotton-flexible tape fixation in pediatric transoral tracheal intubation has remarkable clinical effect.
