摘要
某交流220 kV变电站35 kV开关柜及其上方母线桥有明显放电声,通过带电检测初步确定放电位置为开关柜母线室或母线桥。将运行开关柜停电转检修后结合耐压试验进行紫外放电和超声定位,确定了放电点为开关柜三相母线套管,解体后发现放电原因为套管屏蔽线过长因而与套管内壁接触、以及绝缘挡板和套管伞裙间距过小。详细分析了放电原因,并给出处理和施工建议,为今后类似故障的处理提供参考依据。
A 35 kV switchgear and the busbar bridge above it in an AC 220 kV substation have obvious discharging sound.The discharge point is preliminarily suspected in the switchgear busbar room or busbar bridge by live detection.After the switchgear was switched off to be overhauled,the UV discharge and ultrasonic partial discharge positioning were carried out during the voltage withstand test.The discharge point is finally determined to be the three-phase busbar bushing of the switchgear.After the disintegration,the cause of the discharge was found due to contact between the overlong shielding wire of the bushing and the wall and the over short distance between the insulating baffle and the casing skirt.Based on the analysis,suggestions are given for treatment and construction,providing references for the handling of similar failures in the future.
