摘要
以目的性抽样和方便抽样的质性抽样方式,选择在贵州少数民族地区任教的5名教师及8名学生作为访谈对象进行了半结构化访谈。研究发现,教师需要具备多元文化元知识、多种文化知识及相关教育学知识的多元文化知识,具备多元文化课程开发能力、多元文化教学设计能力、多元文化教学管理能力、多元文化教学评价能力、多元文化交互能力等多元文化能力,能够从对自身文化的态度、对其他文化的态度、对其他教师的态度三个方面体现其多元文化态度与价值观。基于对教师多元文化素养内涵的结构分析,对师范类专业课程建设提出了在培养职前教师多元文化素养的定位上要坚持“统一中彰显多样”的基本原则、课程应拓展宽度以培养学生知识的广度、实践课程应为学生践行多元文化提供机会等三条建议,为地方院校培养少数民族地区任教的职前教师提供参考。
By means of purposive sampling and convenient sampling of qualitative sampling methods,five teachers and eight students in Guizhou ethnic minority areas were selected as interview subjects for semi-structured interviews.The study found that there are three components of the teachers’multicultural literacy which are multicultural knowledge,multicultural ability and multicultural attitudes and values.Specifically,teachers need to have multicultural knowledge including multicultural meta-knowledge,multicultural knowledge and related pedagogical knowledge,and have multicultural abilities such as multicultural curriculum development ability,multicultural teaching design ability,multicultural teaching management ability,multicultural teaching evaluation ability,multicultural interaction ability.What's more,they can embody their multicultural attitudes and values from their own cultural attitudes,attitudes towards other cultures and attitudes towards other teachers.Based on the structural analysis of the connotation of teachers’multicultural literacy,it puts forward three suggestions on the curriculum construction of teachers’majors,which are the basic principle of“diversity in unity”should be adhered in the orientation of training pre-service teachers’multicultural literacy,the curriculum should be broadened to cultivate the breadth of students’knowledge,and the practical curriculum should provide opportunities for students to practice multiculturalism,so as to provide reference for local colleges and universities to cultivate teachers teaching in minority areas.
