摘要
在传统集装箱码头进行轨道式龙门起重机自动化升级改造时,大车机构的定位精度直接决定轨道吊能否安全作业。结合FLAG板在青岛前湾联合集装箱码头轨道吊自动化改造升级项目中大车机构定位的应用,介绍了该定位方式的结构组成,分析了其在使用过程中出现的主要问题,可为此类自动化改造项目提供参考。
When the rail-mounted gantry crane is automatically upgraded and transformed in a traditional container terminal,whether the rail crane can operate safely is directly determined by the positioning accuracy of the cart mechanism.Combined with the application of the FLAG board in the cart positioning mechanism in the automatic transformation and upgrading project of the gantry crane of Qingdao Qianwan United Container Terminal,the structure and composition of the positioning method are introduced,and the main problems that occur in the use process are analyzed,which can provide reference for such automation transformation projects.
