摘要
焊接热输入对焊接接头的组织和性能有重要的影响,低温钢焊接工艺与低温压力容器的焊接质量密切相关,焊接质量影响着压力容器的质量和安全。分别采用两种焊接方法及两种不同焊接热输入制作08Ni3DR焊接试样,并进行理化性能试验,对比分析焊接接头的组织性能,从而研究焊接热输入对08Ni3DR低温钢焊接性能的影响。试验结果表明,08Ni3DR低温钢SMAW热输入在10 KJ/cm、SAW热输入在18 KJ/cm时,焊接接头的力学性能符合标准要求。
Welding heat input has a serious impact on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint.Low temperature steel welding process determines the welding quality of low temperature pressure vessel manufacturing,which affects the quality and safety of the pressure vessels.In this paper,08Ni3DR welding test plates were made by using two kinds of welding methods with two kinds of different welding heat input respectively.Physical and chemical properties tests and comparative analysis of microstructures were conducted on the welded joints to study the influence of welding heat input on welding performance of 08Ni3DR steel.It is shown that when the SMAW heat input is 10 KJ/cm and the SAW heat input is 18 KJ/cm,the mechanical properties of 08Ni3DR steel welded joints meet the technical requirements.
