湛江驳骨消在骨折模型鼠骨折愈合过程中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨湛江驳骨消在骨折模型鼠骨折愈合过程中的作用。方法 SPF级大鼠80只,随机分为驳骨消内服组、驳骨消外敷组、接骨七厘片内服组、对照组,每组20只。驳骨消内服组给予驳骨消水灌服;驳骨消外敷组给予驳骨消外敷;接骨七厘片内服组给予接骨七厘片灌服。对照组仅给予正常饲养。分别于第1、2、4、6周每周每组各处死5只大鼠,处死前检测血清钙、磷浓度,血清总碱性磷酸酶(s TAP)、血清骨钙素(OC)水平,处死后,X线观察左侧胫骨骨折愈合情况。结果 (1)在治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周及第6周,驳骨消内服组,驳骨消外敷组以及接骨七厘片内服组血清骨钙素水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)在治疗后第1周、第2周、第4周及第6周,驳骨消内服组、驳骨消外敷组以及接骨七厘片内服组血清总碱性磷酸酶水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(3)在治疗后第2周、第4周,驳骨消内服组、驳骨消外敷组以及接骨七厘片内服组血清钙水平均显著低于对照组,第6周显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(4)在治疗后第2周、第4周及第6周,驳骨消内服组、驳骨消外敷组以及接骨七厘片内服组血清磷水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(5)术后第1周、第2周、第4周以及第6周,驳骨消内服组、驳骨消外敷组以及接骨七厘片内服X线骨折愈合评分均显著均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论湛江驳骨消可显著促进骨折模型鼠骨折愈合,内服与外敷具有相似的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Zhanjiang Boguxiao in the fracture healing process of fracture model rats.Methods 80 SPF rats were randomly divided into Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group,the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group and the control group,with 20 rats in each group.Boguxiao oral administration group was gavaged with Boguxiao;Boguxiao external application group was given external application of Boguxiao;the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group was gavaged with Jiegu Qili Pian.The control group only received normal feeding.5 rats in each group were killed in the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th w respectively.Before the death,the concentrations of serum calcium and phosphorus and the levels of serum total alkaline phosphatase(s TAP)and serum osteocalcin(OC)were measured.After the death,the healing of the left tibia fracture was observed through X-ray.Results(1)At the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week after treatment,the OC levels of Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group and the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group were all significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)At the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week after treatment,the s TAP levels of Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group and the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group were all significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)At the 2nd and 4th week after treatment,the levels of serum calcium of Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group and the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group were all significantly lower than that of the control group,and at the 6th week the levels of serum calcium were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)At the 2nd,4th and 6th week after treatment,the levels of serum phosphorus of Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group and the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group were all significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)At the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week after operation,the X-ray fracture healing scores of Boguxiao oral administration group,Boguxiao external application group and the Jiegu Qili Pian oral administration group were all significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhanjiang Boguxiao can significantly promote fracture healing of fracture model rats,and the oral administration and the external application produce the similar effect.
