基于数字人的“四结合”教学法对影像专业断层解剖学教学改革的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨基于数字人的"四结合"教学法对影像专业断层解剖学教学的应用效果。方法选取2018级影像学专业1班50名学生为实验组,采用基于数字人的"四结合"教学法授课,同时选取该专业2班50名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学法授课。期末通过理论考核、实践技能考核和问卷调查等方法进行教学效果评价。结果实验组学生总体成绩高于对照组学生。理论考核方面,实验组学生的平时成绩、期中成绩、期末成绩均高于对照组;实践技能考核方面,实验组学生的断层标本辨认成绩、CT、MRI影像辨认成绩均高于对照组;同时问卷调查显示实验组学生获得了更好的的互动能力、知识获得能力、临床思维能力,在学习兴趣、学习效率及对学习效果满意度等方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于数字人的"四结合"教学法教学改革能提高断层解剖学的教学效果和学生的满意度,是一种优秀、可行的教学模式。 Objective To investigate the application effect of"four combinations"teaching method based on digital human on sectional anatomy teaching for imaging specialty.Methods Students of imaging specialty from Class 1,Grade 2018 who were taught by the"four combinations"teaching method based on digital human were selected as the experimental group(n=50),while students of imaging specialty from Class 2,Grade 2018 who were taught by the routine teaching method were selected as the control group(n=50).At the end of the semester,the teaching effect was evaluated through theoretical assessment,practical skills assessment and questionnaire survey.Results The overall scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.In terms of theoretical examination,the usual performance,mid-term and final examination scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.In terms of practical skills assessment,the students in the experimental group had higher scores in cross-sectional specimen identification,CT and MRI images identification than those in the control group.At the same time,the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group had acquired better interaction ability,knowledge acquisition ability and clinical thinking ability.Their learning interest,learning efficiency and satisfaction with learning effect were all higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"four combinations"teaching reform based on digital human improves the teaching effect of sectional anatomy and the satisfaction of student,which is an excellent and feasible teaching mode.
