摘要
通过深入剖析相关政策文件,近年来以“内在培养,外在交流”为主的广东高校青年教师培养有着从政府主导转为政府引导,培养体系构建多元化,从重点培养到全面培养、体系培养、精准培养,以青年教师专业水平和教学能力培养为首要目标的培养特点。但还存在重资助、轻考核;青年教师队伍分化;缺乏创新性的校本青年教师培养体系;缺乏落实双师双能青年教师培养体系的政策环境;缺乏激发青年教师活力的政策措施等问题。应通过营造全社会参与高校青年教师培养工作的政策氛围、创新校本青年教师培养模式、加强双师双能青年教师队伍建设、创新湾区高校人才市场流动机制等完善广东高校青年教师发展政策。
Through in-depth analysis of relevant policy documents, in recent years, the cultivation of young teachers in Colleges and universities in Guangdong, which focuses on "internal training and external communication", has the characteristics of changing from government led to government guided, diversified training system, from key training to comprehensive training, systematic training and precise training, with the cultivation of young teachers’ professional level and teaching ability as the primary goal. However, there are still some problems, such as paying more attention to subsidization and neglecting assessment, the differentiation of young teachers, the lack of innovative school-based training system for young teachers, the lack of policy environment for implementing the training system of double qualified young teachers, and the lack of policies and measures to stimulate the vitality of young teachers. We should improve the development policy of young teachers in Guangdong Universities by creating a policy atmosphere for the whole society to participate in the training of young teachers in Colleges and universities, innovate the training mode of school-based young teachers, strengthen the construction of young teachers with dual qualifications and dual abilities, and innovate the talent market flow mechanism of colleges and universities in the bay area.
