摘要
疫情防控背景下,高职教育首次推行大规模系统性线上教学,全然不同的教学环境对教学设计提出了挑战,剖析借鉴互联网虚拟学习社区成功经验可为创新线上教学设计提供可行路径。研究发现,UGC型虚拟学习社区快速发展得益于以用户为中心,激活用户社会属性、释放线上社区组织动能。依此机制,构建“UGC社区型”高职教育线上教学模式,围绕以学生为中心重塑线上教学形态,通过创设社会性氛围-推动社会性行为-深化社会性认知三个阶段实施线上教学,激发学生社会属性、促进线上教学成效。该模式试图为疫情下线上教学设计提供参考方案,也是运用互联网思维创新教学活动的有益尝试。
Under the background of pandemic prevention and control,high-level vocational education has implemented large-scale online teaching for the first time,teaching design faced challenge because of the completely different teaching environment.Analyze the successful experience of virtual learning community can provide a feasible path for innovative online teaching design.The study found that the rapid development of the UGC-typed virtual learning community benefits from being user-centered,activating user social attributes,and releasing the kinetic energy of online community organizations.Based on this mechanism,“UGC communitybased”high-level vocational education online teaching model was constructed by revolving around studentcentered and reshaping online teaching form.Teaching were implemented by creating a social atmospherepromoting social behavior-deepening social cognition,aimed to stimulate students’social attributes and improve the effectiveness of online teaching.This model attempts to provide a reference plan for online teaching design in epidemic situations,and is also a useful attempt of using internet thinking to innovate teaching activities.
