摘要
目的探讨微课结合以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)应用在医学影像见习教学中的具体效果,进一步提高医学影像学的教学质量。方法随机选取临床医学本科全科专业的医学影像学见习学生61人,并随机分为微课结合PBL教学组(n=30)和传统教学组(n=31),微课结合PBL教学组采用微课结合PBL的教学方法,传统教学组则采用传统的讲授式教学方法,比较分析两组学生在教学后学习满意度、考核成绩方面的差异,是否存在统计学意义。结果对数据进行独立样本t检验及χ2检验分析,统计结果显示,微课结合PBL教学组,在学习满意度、名词解释、问答题及阅片考核成绩方面均显著优于传统教学组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微课结合PBL教学模式实施医学影像见习教学能够取得比较好的效果,且明显优于传统讲授式教学模式。
Objective To further improving the teaching quality of medical imaging,we explore the specific application effects of micro course combined with problembased learning(PBL)in medical imaging internship teaching.Methods A total of 61 students,majored in general practice of clinical medicine,were randomly divided into the micro course combined with PBL teaching group(n=30)and the traditional teaching group(n=31).And we analyze whether there was statistically significant differences between the two groups in learning satisfaction and examination scores.Results The data were statistical analyzed by independent sample t-test and chi-square test respectively.The statistical results showed that the micro course combined with PBL teaching group was significantly better than the traditional teaching group in learning satisfaction,noun interpretation,question and film reading ability,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro course combined with PBL teaching method in medical image internship teaching can achieve good results,and is obviously superior to the single traditional teaching method.
