摘要
近些年我国汽车行业及其产业链快速发展,汽车保有量不断增加,废旧汽车数量也与其呈正相关增长。然而目前我国汽车拆解行业存在企业能力低下、拆解场地简陋、拆解理念落后、拆解设备陈旧等问题。深入研究废旧汽车智能拆解技术对提高资源化利用率、减少环境污染等问题具有重大意义,是社会向资源节约型和环境友好型转变的必要途径。通过综述废旧汽车的信息回收系统、拆解理论研究、拆解工艺研究3个方面,分析了国内外研究的最新进展,讨论了我国亟待解决的难点问题。提出未来我国汽车拆解行业应进一步提高行业的自动化率、产品的再利用率,降低综合能耗。
China’s automobile industry and its industrial chain have developed rapidly in recent years,while car ownership is on the rise,with the number of waste automonile increasing in a positive correlation.However,at present,there are some problems in China’s automobile dismantling industry,such as low enterprise capability,poor disassembly site,backward disassembly concept and obsolete disassembly equipment.It is of great significance to further study the intelligent disassembly technology of waste automobile for improving the utilization rate of resources and reducing environmental pollution,which is a necessary approach for the society to change into a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.By summarizing the information recovery system,dismantling theory research and dismantling process research of waste automobile,the latest research progress at home and abroad was analyzed and the difficult problems that need to be solved urgently in China were discussed.In the future,it was proposed that China's waste vehicles dismantling industry should further improve its automation rate and product reuse rate,reduce comprehensive energy consumption.
