某生活垃圾焚烧厂土壤和地下水自行监测实例分析 被引量:7

摘要 根据国家相关规定及要求,对某在产生活垃圾焚烧厂开展土壤污染隐患排查,并对识别的重点设施和区域开展土壤和地下水自行监测工作。结果显示,场地内土壤环境质量均达到GB 36600-2018土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)要求,但飞灰稳定化车间外裸露土壤重金属含量高于场外参照点,应完善飞灰防逸散措施;工业排水泵房区域地下水中Mn浓度超过了GB/T 14848-2017地下水质量标准中Ⅳ标准值,应核实是否存在渗滤液泄漏情况;其余重点区域地下水多项污染物检出浓度均超过场外参照点,需持续跟踪监测。 According to the relevant national regulations and requirements,a potential risks identification of soil pollution for a domestic waste incineration plant was carried out,and the soil and groundwater self-monitoring work was carried out in the identified key facilities and areas.The results showed that the soil environmental quality in the site was up to the standard of Soil Environmental Quality Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Development Land(GB 36600—2018).However,the content of heavy metals in the exposed soil outside the fly ash stabilization workshop was higher than that of the off-site reference point,so the measures to prevent fly ash from escaping should be improved.The concentration of Mn in groundwater in the area of industrial drainage pump room exceeded the IV standard value in Standard for Groundwater Quality(GB/T 14848—2017),and the existence of leachate leakage situations should be verified.In other key areas,the detected concentrations of multiple pollutants in groundwater all exceeded the off-site reference points,which required continuous follow-up monitoring.
