摘要
目的:评价醒脑针刺联合神经生长因子对脑损伤综合征患儿运动功能和智能发育的影响。方法:选取2015年12月至2017年10月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的脑损伤综合征患儿100例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用综合康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用醒脑针刺联合神经生长因子注射,比较2组运动功能和智能发育情况。结果:观察组总有效率92.00%,对照组总有效率76.00%,观察组有效率高于对组组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组Gesell量表5个功能区发育商和发育周龄、GMFM-88量表中A、B、C 3个功能区总分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑针刺联合神经生长因子能有效促进脑损伤综合征患儿的运动功能和智能发育。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor on motor function and intelligent development of child patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to October 2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor.The motor function and intelligent development were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rates were 92.00%in the observation group and 76.00%in the control group,respectively.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the development quotient and developmental age of the five functional areas of the Gesell scale in the 2 groups,and the total scores of the 3 functional areas A,B,and C in the GMFM-88 scale were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of the observation group indicators was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor can effectively promote the motor function and intelligent development of child patients with pediatric brain injury syndrome.
