摘要
宜昌至郑万高铁联络线黄柏河特大桥采用节段拼装整体式刚构桥,桥跨布置以2×64m、3×64m为主,不设支座,桥墩与主梁固结。主梁采用C50预应力混凝土单箱单室直腹板等高箱梁,梁高4.6m,顶板宽12.6m,底板宽6.7m。主梁采用节段拼装法施工,节段长3.5m,通过架桥机吊装节段拼装施工较好地解决了高墩整体式桥梁施工困难问题。下部结构墩高30~70m,中墩采用空心墩,边墩采用薄壁墩,整体刚构相邻边墩共用基础。节段拼装整体式刚构桥静动力分析结果表明:结构各项指标均满足规范要求,具有良好的静动力性能。
The Huangbai River Bridge on the railway connecting Yichang to Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway is an integral rigid-frame bridge constructed by segmental assembly method.The bridge,comprising mainly the units of 2×64 m and 3×64 m,has no bearings,with fixed connections between piers and the main girder.Made of C50 concrete and fitted with straight webs,the main girder is of mono-cell PC box cross section,with constant girder depth of 4.6 m.The top plate and the bottom plate of the box girder measure 12.6 m and 6.7 m wide,respectively.The 3.5 m-long girder segments were assembled by the launching gantry,which facilitated the construction of the integral bridge with high-rise piers.The piers,including the hollow intermediate piers and thin-walled side piers,are 30 to 70 m high.The integral rigid frame and its adjacent piers share foundations.The static and dynamic analysis of the segmentally-assembled integral rigid-frame bridge shows that all the indexes of the structure meet the code requirements,proving that the structure has sound static and dynamic performance.
