摘要
国家新闻出版署对期刊编校质量有了新要求.根据工作实践,分析了校样错漏的来源和特点,总结了来自繁杂校对实践的一些经验和方法,指出应处理好的几种关系:编辑与校对,“三校”与清样校对,局部细校与整体统一,规则与规律等.编辑要不断总结校对的规律,积累校对经验,有序开展校对工作,以保证校对质量,进而保证出版质量.
The National Press and Publication Administration has issued some new requirements for the quality of journal editing.Based on the author’s personal editorial practice,an analysis is conducted to find the sources and characteristics of proofing errors and negligences,and a summary of some lessons and methods learned from the complicated proofreading practice is made,and it is found that several relationships should be properly handled:editing and proofreading,third proofreading and final proof-reading,local intensive proofing and global unity,rules and laws,etc.Editors should constantly summarize the rules of proofreading,accumulate proofreading experience,and carry out proofreading work in an orderly manner to ensure the quality of proofreading and thus the final quality of publication.
