摘要
某用直径约6mm的20Mn2钢丝材制作的长约31.65mm、宽约20.4mm的起重链环,在服役过程中发生断裂。为确定链环断裂的原因,对断裂的链环进行了宏观检验、断口分析、金相检验、力学性能检测和化学成分分析。结果表明,该链环断裂系氢脆所致。
A lifting chain link about 31.65 mm long by about 20.4 mm wide,made from 20Mn2 steel wire about 6 mm in diameter,broke in service.The broken chain link was tested for appearance,fracture pattern,microstructure,mechanical properties,and chemical composition to identify the cause for its breaking.The results show that the chain link breaking is attributed to hydrogen embrittlement.
