家庭农场采纳电商行为及其绩效分析 被引量:31

摘要 基于全国926个种植型家庭农场的抽样调查数据,综合运用Tobit模型、Ols模型、QR模型、PSM方法以及DEA模型等,考察家庭农场采纳电商行为的影响因素及其采纳效果。主要结论:人力资本、社会资本与财富资本可以显著地促进家庭农场采纳电商;家庭农场采纳电商可以使农场绩效显著地提升约3.89%~4.47%;采纳电商对不同绩效水平、不同土地规模农场的绩效影响程度存在差异。这表明,现阶段应当加快实现家庭农场与电商的深度融合发展,在政策制定过程中,还要注重家庭农场采纳电商效果的差异性。 Based on the sample survey data of 926 planting family farms in China,this paper comprehensively used the Tobit model,Ols model,QR model,PSM method and DEA model to investigate the factors affecting the adoption of e-commerce in family farms and performance.The main conclusions are as follows:first,human capital,social capital and wealth capital can significantly promote the adoption of e-commerce on family farms.Second,the adoption of e-commerce in family farms can significantly improve farm performance by 3.89-4.47%or so.Thirdly,differences exist in the impact of e-commerce adoption and e-commerce index on farms of different performance levels and land sizes.This indicates that the in-depth integration of family farms and e-commerce should be accelerated at the present stage,and attention should be paid to the heterogeneity of the effects of different family farms adopting e-commerce in the policy making process.
