石油管道内缺陷无损检测技术的研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 石油管道内部一旦出现腐蚀,便需及时进行更换,否则易发生泄露问题引发的经济损失、环境污染,为此,相关人员需及时进行管道内部缺陷的全面检测,降低事故发生几率。无损检测技术属于保证管道原有组织结构不受损伤的检测手段,实用性高、检测效果良好。本文针对石油管线内部缺陷的无损检测技术进行了综述性分析,旨在为石油管道运输发展提供一定借鉴价值。 Once there is corrosion inside the oil pipeline,it needs to be replaced in time.Otherwise,it is easy to cause economic loss and environmental pollution caused by leakage.Therefore,relevant personnel should timely carry out comprehensive detection of pipeline internal defects to reduce the probability of accidents.Nondestructive testing technology is a kind of testing method to ensure that the original structure of pipeline is not damaged,with high practicability and good detection effect.In this paper,the nondestructive testing technology for internal defects of oil pipeline is summarized and analyzed in order to provide some reference value for the development of oil pipeline transportation.
