摘要
风险监测是城市地铁建设风险管控的重要手段,而传统的管理手段及监测方法,已经不能完全满足地铁风险管理及安全监测的需求。本文以天津地铁5、6线为例,介绍了天津地铁在总结并吸取已有经验的基础上,建立了一套切合自身实际需求的安全风险监控体系及安全风险管理方法。并在特殊施工环境下,结合新技术监测手段,实现了对地铁项目的信息化管理,保证了地铁工程安全高效的开展。
Risk monitoring is an important means of risk management and control for urban subway construction,traditional management methods and monitoring methods can't fully meet the needs of subway risk management and safety monitoring.This article takes Tianjin Metro Lines 5 and 6 as examples to introduce that Tianjin Subway has established a set of safety risk monitoring system and safety risk management methods.The methods that based on summarizing and absorbing existing experience can meet its actual needs,and combined with new technology can realized the information management of the subway project in the construction environment.The risk monitoring system ensured the safe and efficient development of the subway project.
