摘要
污泥堆肥是污泥处理市场中一种重要的资源化方式,堆肥产生的肥料可用于园林和农业生产,但污泥堆肥存在启动时间长、氮素损失严重等问题。为评价添加粉末生物炭和麦秸秆粉的城镇污泥复合堆肥的快速启动和保氮效果,试验采用10 L反应器进行周期为20 d的污泥好氧堆肥研究,分别在第0、2、4、6、8、10、14、20天时取样测定堆体的理化指标和微生物酶活性,并分析堆体的氮素含量变化与微生物酶活性间的关系。试验结果表明:添加生物炭可加快堆体升温,提高堆体高温期的温度;添加生物炭可增强污泥堆肥后期微生物酶活性;添加生物炭的城镇污泥混合堆肥产品总氮含量提高,堆肥产品质量会更好。
Sludge composting is an important resource utilization method in sludge treatment market,and the fertilizer produced can be used for garden and agricultural production.In order to evaluate the quick start-up and nitrogen conservation effect of municipal sludge composting with powdered bio-carbon and wheat straw powder,a 10 L reactor was used for aerobic composting of sewage sludge with a period of 20 days.Samples were taken on the 0th,2nd,4th,6th,8th,10th,14th,and 20th days to determine the physical and chemical indicators and microbial enzyme activities of the reactor,and the relationship between nitrogen content and microbial enzyme activity was analyzed.The results are as follows.Firstly,the addition of biochar can accelerate the temperature of the reactor and increase the temperature during the high temperature period.Secondly,the addition of biochar can enhance the activity of microbial enzymes in the late stage of sludge composting.Thirdly,the quality of composting products will be better if the total nitrogen content of municipal sludge mixed composting products added with biochar is increased.
