摘要
目的探讨通络舒筋汤联合低温等离子射频消融术对交感型颈椎病患者椎动脉血流指标的影响。方法采用随机数字表将某院2018年12月至2019年12月接收的129例交感型颈椎病患者进行分组,对照组(N=64,低温等离子射频消融术)及治疗组(N=65,通络舒筋汤+低温等离子射频消融术)。将两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、椎动脉血流指标的变化情况进行分析,比较两组之间的差异。结果治疗后,相比对照组[眩晕(0.87±0.35)分、头痛(0.87±0.31)分、肩颈痛积分(1.15±0.68)分],治疗组[眩晕(0.54±0.30)分、头痛(0.59±0.28)分、肩颈痛积分(10.52±0.41)分]各项中医证候积分均较低,差异具有高度统计学意义(T=5.753、5.385、6.384,P<0.001);相比对照组[椎动脉(VS)(40.50±4.72)CM/S、基底动脉(VD)(16.81±2.24)CM/S],治疗组[VS(48.39±5.27)CM/S、VD(20.64±2.18)CM/S]椎动脉血流指标均较高,差异具有高度统计学意义(T=8.953、9.842,P<0.001)。结论对交感型颈椎病患者采用通络舒筋汤联合低温等离子射频消融术治疗疗效显著,可有效改善中医证候积分,调节椎动脉血流。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Tongluo Shujin decoction combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on vertebral artery blood flow index in patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis.METHODS A total of 129 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis admitted to a hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method:the control group(n=64,low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation)and the treatment group(n=65,Tongluo Shujin decoction+low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation).The changes of TCM syndrome integral and vertebral artery blood flow index before and after treatment were analyzed to compare the differences between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,compared with the control group[vertigo(0.87±0.35)points,headache(0.87±0.31)points,shoulder and neck pain score(1.15±0.68)points],the treatment group[vertigo(0.54±0.30)points,headache(0.59±0.28)points,shoulder and neck pain score(10.52±0.41)points]were all lower,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.753,5.385,6.384,P<0.001).Compared with the control group[VS(40.50±4.72)cm/s and VD(16.81±2.24)cm/s],the treatment group[VS(48.39±5.27)cm/s and VD(20.64±2.18)cm/s]were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.953,9.842,P<0.001).CONCLUSION Tongluo Shujin decoction combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis,which can effectively improve TCM syndrome integral and regulate vertebral artery blood flow.
