综采工作面断层影响区域顺层钻孔预抽瓦斯技术 被引量:1

摘要 为解决综采工作面断层构造影响区域顺层钻孔施工的难题,以石港煤业15210工作面为背景,通过现场试验测试、理论分析计算等方法,得到断层附近顺层钻孔的有效抽采半径为1.0 m,无构造区域抽采半径为2.0 m,确定顺层钻孔的布置间距为2.5 m,并设计“孔内高压”工艺解决断层附近钻孔施工过程中的卡钻问题,成功将成孔率提高至80%以上。 In order to solve the problem that the fault structure affects the bedding drilling construction in the fully mechanized mining face,taking 15210 working face of Shigang Coal Industry as the background,through field test,theoretical analysis and calculation,the effective extraction radius of bedding borehole near the fault is 1.0 m,and the extraction radius of non structural area is 2.0 m.the spacing of bedding boreholes is determined to be 2.5 m.The technology of"high pressure in hole"is designed to solve the problem of drilling sticking in the process of drilling near the fault,and the hole forming rate is increased to more than 80%.
