摘要
目的探讨降钙素原与C-反应蛋白的联合检测对产褥期产妇感染的临床价值。方法选取2016年4月至2019年1月我院妇产科诊治的产褥期发生感染的75例产妇作为研究对象(实验组),同时选取同时期未发生感染的80例产妇作为对照组。两组患者均采用酶联免疫荧光技术检测降钙素原的含量,采用免疫比浊法测定C-反应蛋白的含量,对比两组血清中降钙素原和C-反应蛋白的阳性率及含量,对比降钙素原与C-反应蛋白联合检测与单项检测的灵敏度及特异度。结果实验组降钙素原和C-反应蛋白的含量均高于对照组(P均<0.05),实验组降钙素原与C-反应蛋白的阳性率均高于对照组(P均<0.05),降钙素原与C-反应蛋白的联合检测灵敏度高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论产褥期产妇发生感染后,血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白升高,联合检测降钙素原和C-反应蛋白可以为临床的诊治提供有效的理论依据。
Objective To study the clinical value of serum procalcitonin and C-reactiv tein in maternal puerperium infection.Methods A total of 75 patients with maternal puerperal infection in the department of obstetrics of our hospital nearly three years were selected as experimental group,meanwhile 80 cases of non infected patients were selected as control group.The content of procalcitonin was detected by enzyme-linked immunofluorescence technique,and the content of C-reactive protein was determined by immunoturbidimetric method.The positive rate and content of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in serum of two groups were compared,and the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were compared.Results The contents of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P all<0.05).The positive rates of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P all<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion After puerperal infection,serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein increased significantly.Combined detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein can provide a strong theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
