两种不同方法治疗Lisfranc损伤的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨空心螺钉内固定手术治疗Lisfranc损伤的疗效。方法选取2010年1月—2017年12月我院收治的Lisfranc损伤患者38例,分为两组,每组19例。对照组采用钢板固定治疗,观察组采用空心螺钉内固定治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症进行比较。结果观察组足部关节功能评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症对比,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论实施空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤效果可靠,可改善患者足关节功能,且具有手术创伤小、术后并发症少、远期医源性创伤性关节炎风险低的优势。 Objective To investigate the effect of hollow screw internal fixation surgery on Lisfranc injury.Methods A total of 38 patients with Lisfranc injury who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2017 were divided into two groups,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plate and screw internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with hollow screw internal fixation.The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of foot joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the postoperative complication,the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hollow screw fixation for Lisfranc joint injury has reliable effect,can significantly improve the function of the foot joint,and has the advantages of less surgical trauma,fewer postoperative complications,and low risk of long-term liatrogenic traumatic arthritis.
