摘要
描述了某测试转台进行外同步功能时,转台控制系统发生异常扰动的现象,进而分析了外同步触发机制并得出导致异常扰动的原因。在此基础上提出了一种新的外同步触发机制,介绍了新机制的机理和特点,并在转台上进行了试验验证,试验结果表明新的外同步触发机制可以有效避免异常扰动现象出现,保证转台外同步功能的可靠性。
The abnormal disturbance in the control system of a test turntable when it performs external synchronization function is described. Then the trigger mechanism of external synchronization is analyzed and the cause of disturbance is obtained. Based on this,a new external synchronization trigger mechanism is proposed. The mechanism and characteristics of the new external synchronization are introduced and tested on the turntable.The experimental results show that the new external synchronization trigger mechanism can effectively avoid the occurrence of abnormal disturbance,and ensure the reliability of external synchronization function of turntable.
