摘要
针对雷达基于状态维修保障需求,解决雷达"过维修"和"欠维修"问题,研究了系统功能架构,采用基于多信号流的故障诊断、雷达健康综合评价、状态趋势预测、保障决策和全寿期维修履历管理等技术实现基于状态维修能力。该文对于实现相控阵雷达精确化维修保障,有效提升装备战备完好性和部队自主保障能力,具有重要工程应用价值。
To solve problems of‘over-maintenance’and‘less-maintenance’existed in phased array radars,the condition based maintenance(CBM)technology has been proposed in this paper.It mainly includes the following items listed as the multi-signal flow based fault diagnosis,the health comprehensive estimate,the condition tendency prognosis,the logistical policy,and the maintenance autobiography management during the total life period.The CBM mode has the tremendous and significant engineering value in achieving the precise preventive maintenance for phased array radars,which can further improve the availability of radars and the self-maintenance capability of army.
