摘要
针对基于状态维修(CBM)的雷达健康管理需求,分析了数字阵列雷达频率源的测试性设计需求,提出了基于合成仪器的频率源机内测试(BIT)设计方案,介绍了用于频率源BIT的射频测试模块的指标要求、设计原理和关键技术解决途径,提供了测试性建模分析结果。与传统方案相比,该方案不仅能显著提高故障检测率,而且可以满足雷达健康管理对性能参数的精确测试需求。
Aiming at the requirement of radar health management of condition-based maintenance(CBM),this paper analyzes the testability design requirements of frequency source in digital array radar,puts forward the built-in-test(BIT)design scheme of frequency source based on synthetic instrument,introduces specification requirements,design principle and key technology solutions of the RF test module for BIT of frequency source,and provides analysis results of testability modeling.Compared with the traditional scheme,this scheme can not only significantly improve the fault detection rate,but also meet the accurate test requirements of performance parameters for health management.
