摘要
目的:探讨引导式教育(CE)对脑瘫(CP)患儿粗大运动功能及生活自理能力的影响。方法:收集2018年5月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的94例CP患儿,将采用常规护理的46例纳入对照组,将采用常规护理+CE护理的48例患儿纳入观察组。护理6个月后,比较两组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分。结果:护理后,两组GMFM中D区、E区评分、ADL评分、BBS评分均高于护理前,且观察组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CP患儿采用CE护理能够有效提升其粗大运动功能、生活自理能力及平衡功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of guided education(CE)on gross motor function and self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy(CP).Method:A total of 94 children with CP admitted to the author’s hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were collected,46 children with conventional care were included in the control group,and 48 children with conventional care+CE care were included in the observation group.After 6 months of nursing,the scores of gross motor function scale(GMFM),activities of daily living(ADL)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of D area and E area in GMFM,ADL and BBS in the two groups were all higher than those before nursing,and all scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CE nursing can effectively improve the gross motor function,self-care ability and balance function of CP children.
