摘要
目的:探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗严重干眼症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的严重干眼症患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,对照组(n=48)应用常规滴眼液治疗,研究组(n=48)应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:研究组治疗后SAI评分、SRI评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:严重干眼症的治疗过程当中,应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of severe dry eye syndrome.Method:A total of 96 patients with severe dry eye disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=48) was treated with conventional eye drops,and the study group (n=48) was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The SAI score and SRI score in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of severe dry eye is effective and should be popularized in clinic.
