摘要
为了研究研磨子室内性能指标与现场使用性能的相关性,利用万能材料试验机和1∶3制动动力试验台,在室内测试研磨子样品的力学性能和摩擦性能。将测试结果与现场装车使用结果比对分析发现:如果研磨子的压缩强度大于117 MPa、冲击强度大于5.5 kJ/m^2、压缩模量小于3.0 GPa、黏结强度大于12 kN,同批次研磨子在现场使用过程中增黏体不会出现掉渣、掉块和脱落等现象;如果研磨子在1∶3制动动力试验台上制动距离在941 m^1 206 m范围内、磨耗量大于8.90 g,同批次研磨子在现场使用寿命满足105km要求,并且不易产生金属镶嵌物。
In order to study the correlation between indoor performance index and field performance of abrasive blocks, using the universal material testing machine and 1∶3 brake dynamic test bed, in the indoor test the mechanics performance and friction performance of the abrasive blocks sample. By comparing and analyzing the test results with the results of on-site loading, it is found that if the compression strength of the abrasive blocks is greater than117 MPa, impact strength is greater than 5.5 kJ/m^2, compression modulus is less than 3.0 GPa, and bonding strength is greater than 12 kN, the adhesive of the same batch of abrasive blocks will not drop slag, drop blocks and fall off during on-site use. If the braking distance of the abrasive blocks on the 1∶3 brake dynamic test bed is within the range of 941 m ~ 1 206 m and the abrasion loss is greater than 8.90 g, the service life of the same batch of abrasive blocks on site can meet the requirement of 105 km, and it is not easy to produce metal inlay.
