Objective:To analyze the effect of cognitive function training combined with occupational therapy on cognitive function and quality of life in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Method:A total of 86 patients with AD admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride and received routine nursing, while the observation group was given cognitive function training combined with occupational therapy on the basis of the control group.Cognitive function, intelligence, daily life ability and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Result:Before nursing, there were no statistically significant differences in cognitive function, intelligence, daily life ability and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, scores of cognitive function, intelligence, daily life ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive function training combined with occupational therapy can effectively improve the cognitive function and daily living ability of AD patients, and improve the quality of life.
