输电线路双向除冰机器人系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 严重的电力线覆冰事故会引起导线断股、杆塔倒塌等事故,给国家带来巨大的经济损失,因此及时、高效地去除电力线覆冰对保障电力的安全供应具有重要意义。针对传统非越障型电力线除冰机器人只能单向除冰且除冰效率不高的特点,提出了一种可双向除冰电力线除冰机器人结构;同时对该机器人的控制系统进行了设计,利用无线通信的方式对机器人的运行状况进行监控和远程控制;并用图像处理的方法实现了线路覆冰与否的检测,为除冰机器人提供决策。 Severe power line ice icing accidents can cause accidents such as wire breakage and collapse of towers,which will bring huge economic losses to the country.Therefore,timely and efficient removal of power line icing is of great significance to ensure the safe supply of electricity.In view of the fact that the traditional non-obstacle-type power line de-icing robot can only de-ice and de-icing efficiency is low,a structure of two-way deicing power line deicing robot is proposed.At the same time,the control system of the robot is designed.The wireless communication method is used to monitor and remotely control the running state of the robot;and the image processing method is used to detect the ice icing of the line,and the deicing robot is provided with a decision.
