MRI和多层螺旋CT诊断膝关节损伤的临床准确率 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比分析磁共振成像(MRI)和多层螺旋CT诊断膝关节损伤的临床准确率。方法本次研究中的观察对象均选自于在我院接受治疗的膝关节损伤患者,60例患者的入院时间均在2017年6月至2019年6月。对60例膝关节损伤患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,所有患者均接受MRI诊断和多层螺旋CT诊断。将关节镜检查作为病理诊断,依据病理诊断结果比较MRI和多层螺旋CT诊断膝关节损伤的准确率。结果MRI诊断半月板损伤的准确率、诊断膝关节损伤的准确率明显较多层螺旋CT高,P<0.05;MRI诊断和多层螺旋CT诊断关节腔积液、韧带损伤以及骨质改变的准确率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论MRI诊断膝关节损伤的准确率高,临床应用效果理想。 Objective Compare and analyze the clinical accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing knee joint injuries.Methods The observation subjects in this study were selected from patients with knee joint injuries who were treated in our hospital.The admission time of 60 patients was between June 2017 and June 2019.The clinical data of 60 patients with knee joint injury were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received MRI diagnosis and multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis.The arthroscopy was used as a pathological diagnosis,and the accuracy of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of knee joint injury was compared based on the pathological diagnosis.Results The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing meniscus injury and knee joint injury was significantly higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant difference in the accuracy of MRI diagnosis and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of joint cavity effusion,ligament injury and bone changes,P>0.05.Conclusion MRI has high accuracy in diagnosing knee joint injuries,and the clinical application effect is ideal.
