摘要
目的探讨α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年4月至2018年8月收治的100例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为α-硫辛酸组和α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组,各50例。α-硫辛酸组患者采取α-硫辛酸治疗,α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组则采取α-硫辛酸+前列地尔治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效;下肢麻木症状消失时间、下肢疼痛症状消失时间;治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、神经传导速度;不良反应发生情况。结果α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组总有效率较α-硫辛酸组更高,P<0.05。治疗后,α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组患者的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、神经传导速度改善幅度较α-硫辛酸组更大,P<0.05。α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组患者下肢麻木症状消失时间、下肢疼痛症状消失时间均短于α-硫辛酸组,P<0.05。α-硫辛酸联合前列地尔组和α-硫辛酸组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论对于2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,在给予α-硫辛酸治疗的同时加用前列地尔治疗,获得的临床效果优于单一用药,联合用药对血糖控制的效果更佳,且能改善神经功能,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy ofα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil in the treatment of patients witn type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods One hundred patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided intoα-lipoic acid group andα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group,50 cases in each group.Patients in theα-lipoic acid group were treated withα-lipoic acid,andα-lipoic acid plus alprostadil was used in theα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of lower limb numbness and lower limb pain,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate ofα-lipoic acid combined with Alprostadil group was higher than that ofα-lipoic acid group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose and nerve conduction velocity in theα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group was greater than that of theα-lipoic acid group,P<0.05.After treatment,the improvement of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and nerve conduction velocity inα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group were more improved than those inα-lipoic acid group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lower limb numbness and lower limb pain inα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group were shorter than that inα-lipoic acid group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions inα-lipoic acid combined with alprostadil group andα-lipoic acid group.Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the clinical effect ofα-lipoic acid plus alprostadil is better than that of alprostadil alone,and the combined treatment is more effective in controlling blood glucose and improving neurological function,with high safety.
