摘要
针对某自来水厂的实际情况,通过数据分析获得次氯酸钠投加的特征和规律,设计参数自适应次氯酸钠投加算法。基于某水厂制水工艺,利用历史数据库中进出水流量、清水库液位、源水浊度和反冲洗状态等参数,采用趋势拟合等方法确定各参数与次氯酸钠投加流量的关系,并将次氯酸钠的投加控制转换成清水库的液位预测控制。经仿真,该算法理论库氯值与实际库氯值的平均绝对误差为0.060 mg/L,可实现对库氯的稳定控制。
Based on the actual situation of a waterworks,this paper uses data analysis technology to analyze the characteristics and laws of NaClO dosing in waterworks,and designs an parameter adaptive NaClO dosing algorithm.Based on the waterworks making process,utilizing the historical databases which contains in and out of the water flow,reservoir's water level,source water turbidity and backwash state parameters,Using the methods of trend fitting analysis of the various parameters and the relationship between NaClO addition quantity,to make NaClO dosing controlling convert to reservoir prediction of liquid level controlling.In the process of debugging,according to the actual circumstances of the waterworks,design a set of parameter adaptive algorithm of automatic dosing NaClO.In the simulation,the average absolute error between the theoretical chlorine value and the actual chlorine value of the algorithm is 0.060 mg/L,which reaches the ideal state.In the actual operation,the stable control of the reservoir's free chlorinein can be realized.
