摘要
为实现人粪便无害化、资源化,设计了一种家用转鼓式人粪便堆肥箱,该堆肥箱包括箱体、进料系统、堆肥系统、加热系统、通风系统和控制系统等多个模块。其中,进料系统,能够满足堆肥过程中堆肥辅料的自动供给,大大节约了人力;堆肥搅拌系统,能够很好地对物料进行搅拌混合。对堆肥转鼓进行静力学分析,所受最大应力为5.797 MPa,结果符合设计要求。通过30 d好氧堆肥性能试验,得出温度、pH值、氧气浓度等好氧堆肥过程中相关理化指标的变化情况,并进行种子发芽试验。试验结果表明,堆肥产品已完全腐熟,堆肥箱性能符合好氧堆肥的要求。
In order to realize the innocuity and resource utilization of human excrement,a kind of domestic drum type composting box for human excrement was designed.The composting box includes a box,a feeding system,a composting system,a heating system,a ventilation system and a control system.Among them,the feeding system could meet the automatic supply of compost auxiliary materials in the composting process,greatly saving manpower;the compost mixing system could mix materials well.The static analysis of compost drum shows that the maximum stress is 5.797mpa,which meets the design requirements.Through the 30 day aerobic composting performance test,the change of relevant physical and chemical indexes in the process of aerobic composting,such as temperature,pH value and oxygen concentration,was obtained,and the seed germination test was carried out.The results show that the compost products have been completely decomposed,and the performance of composting box meets the requirements of aerobic composting.
