摘要
肝癌是全球死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤之一。本研究将不同浓度胆固醇溶液作用于肝癌Hep G2细胞。结果显示随着胆固醇浓度的增加,细胞活力逐渐减低,细胞数量逐渐减少。此外,胆固醇能够诱导Hep G2细胞发生凋亡,Western Blot结果证实为线粒体凋亡途径。
Liver cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high mortality rate in the world. In this study, different concentrations of cholesterol solution were used to treat HepG2 cells. The results showed that with the increase of cholesterol concentration, cell viability and cell number decreased gradually. In addition, cholesterol induced the apoptosis of HepG2 cells, and western blot results indicated that cholesterol-induced apoptosis involved the mitochondrial pathway.
