摘要
苯胺装置流化床运行过程中催化剂粉末易带入产品中,进入精制系统导致固废量增加,常规方法很难将其从系统中分离。通过深入研讨,根据装置主要运行参数、粗品成分及含量、特性,制定解决方案。进行金属烧结膜错流和死端方式分离侧线试验装置设计、加工,开展现场侧线试验,通过滤芯和最佳操作条件筛选,最终验证了试验的可行性,为技术升级和转型发展奠定基础。
During the operation of the fluidized bed of aniline plant, catalyst powder is easy to be brought into the product and enter into the refining system, resulting in the increase of solid waste. It is difficult to separate the catalyst powder from the system by conventional methods. Through in-depth discussion, according to the main operating parameters of the device, crude composition and content, characteristics, the solution is formulated. The side line test device for cross flow and dead end separation of metal sintering film was designed and processed. The on-site side line test was carried out. The feasibility of the test was finally verified through the selection of filter element and optimal operation conditions, which laid the foundation for technology upgrading and transformation development.
