摘要
通过24 h中性盐雾试验考察了单层镍厚度、电镀−化学镀组合及镀后处理对镀镍层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,在厚度相同的情况下,化学镀镍层的耐蚀性优于电镀镍层,而2种镀层的耐蚀性均随厚度增大而有所提高,但超过6μm后变化不大。电镀−化学镀组合镍层的耐蚀性显著优于单一电镀层或化学镀镍层。镀镍后涂保护剂或适当的热处理都能提高化学镀镍层的耐蚀性。
The effects of the thickness of single nickel coating,the combination of electroplating and electroless plating,and post-treatment on the corrosion resistance of nickel coating were studied through 24-hour neutral salt spray test.The results showed that the electrolessly plated nickel coating has better corrosion resistance than the electroplated nickel coating with the same thickness,and their corrosion resistance are both improved evidently with the increasing of their thicknesses up to 6μm.The corrosion resistance of the nickel coating prepared by combination of electroplating and electroless plating is better than that of single electroplated or electroless plated nickel coating with the same thickness.The corrosion resistance of electroless plated nickel coating can be improved further by coating protective agent or proper heat treatment.
