摘要
在污水处理厂中,控制合理的活性污泥浓度对强化污染物的去除、提高抗冲击性能以及节能降耗等都有显著的影响。为探索一种利用食微比(F/M)来控制污泥浓度的模式,实现污水处理厂的精细化管理,结合天津某污水处理厂的工艺特点,研究了不同食微比状态下的出水水质、水量、电耗等变化情况,确定该厂最优食微比为0.05 kgBOD_5/(kgMLSS·d)。以该值在运行过程中精细化调控污泥浓度,出水SS、TP降低,运行负荷变大,在运行成本方面也达到了降本增效的目的。
In sewage treatment plant,controlling the reasonable mixed liquor suspended solid(MLSS)of activated sludge has a significant impact on enhancing the removal of pollutants,improving impact resistance,and lowering energy consumption.In order to explore a mode of using food-to-micro ratio(F/M)to control sludge concentration and realize streamline management of sewage treatment plant,combined with the process characteristics of a sewage treatment plant in Tianjin,the changes of the effluent quality,water quantity,power consumption under different F/M were investigated.The results show that optimal F/M is 0.05 kgBOD5/(kgMLSS·d).With this value,the sludge concentration is finely adjusted.In this state,the effluent SS and TP are further reduced,and the operating loading becomes larger.In terms of operating cost,energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved.
