摘要
新媒体时代的到来使传统纸质期刊的编辑工作面临着巨大的挑战,因为大众的阅读方式以及信息的传播渠道和传播速度均发生了较大改变,编辑工作的内容也发生了相应的变化。在新形势下只有不断提升编辑人员自身素质,增强自身对法律法规的把握能力、对新媒体技术的应用能力,提高工作的创新能力以及培养良好的沟通能力,才能应对新媒体时代带来的挑战,从而更好地发挥新媒体的优势,使办刊工作更加高质高效,进而促进期刊的发展。
With the advent of new media age,the editors of traditional journals are faced with great challenges.Great changes have taken place in the way of reading mode.Also,the channels and speed of information transmission have changed dramatically.The content of the editorial work has changed accordingly.Under the new situation,only by constantly improving the quality of editors,enhancing their ability to grasp laws and regulations,apply new media technologies,improve their work innovation ability,and cultivate good communication skills,can they cope with the challenges brought by the new media age,so as to better utilize the advantages of new media,make the publication work more high-quality and efficient,and promote the development of the journal.
