摘要
由于高层建筑体型繁杂、结构类型多样化、施工难度大、参与主体多等特点,在实际工程施工过程中,出现安全事故的几率很大,且一旦发生安全事故均为中特大安全事故,进而给施工与使用双方群体的生命安全和财产安全埋下了巨大的安全隐患,造成不可挽回的损失。鉴于此,文章基于BIM技术特点,针对高层建筑施工过程中可能出现的主要安全问题,将BIM技术的实践策略进行了系统化探讨,为建筑施工企业的发展奠定坚实基础。
Because tall buildings have complicated shapes,diversified types of structures,difficulty in construction and many participating subjects,there are great probability of safety accidents during actual construction process.Once safety accidents occur in large accidents,there are enormous hidden dangers for life safety and property safety of both construction and use groups.
