摘要
[目的]建立一种高效液相色谱法测定4%噻呋·嘧菌酯展膜油剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用反向高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水(体积比75:25)为流动相,用C18为填充物,250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),5μm不锈钢柱和Waters2489 UV/Vis检测器,在254 nm波长下对试样中噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯进行分离和定量检测。[结果]噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9993;相对标准偏差分别为1.64%和2.03%;平均回收率分别为100.66%和99.73%。[结论]该方法有效分离了4%噻呋·嘧菌酯展膜油剂中有效成分噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯,而且线性关系良好,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
[Aims]A HPLC method for the quantitive determination of thifluzamide·azoxystrobin 4%spreading oil was established.[Methods]Using C184.6 mm×250 mm,5μm column and Waters 2489 UV/Vis detector at 254 nm,with methanol-water(75:25,by vol)as the mobile phase,thifluzamide and azoxystrobin in the samples were separated and quantitatively analyzed by RP-HPLC.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thifluzamide and azoxystrobin were 0.9996 and 0.9993,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 1.64 and2.03%.The average recoveries were 100.66 and 99.73%.[Conclusions]The method has good separation effect,good linear relations,high precision and accuracy.
