摘要
目的评价医疗失效模式和效应分析运用于静脉用药调配中心感染管理工作中的价值。方法将2019年1-6月该医院静脉用药调配中心的10名护理工作人员纳入对照组调查指标资料,实施传统感染管理方法。将2019年7-12月该医院静脉用药调配中心的10名护理工作人员纳入研究组调查指标资料,在感染管理工作中实施医疗失效模式和效应分析管理方法,比较沉降菌检测结果及护理工作人员对管理情况满意度。结果研究组室内空气沉降菌检测合格率、生物安全柜沉降菌检测合格率、护理工作人员手沉降菌检测合格率、治疗车沉降菌检测合格率、护理工作人员对管理情况满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉用药调配中心感染管理工作中选择医疗失效模式和效应分析方法展示良好管理作用。
Objective To evaluate the value of medical failure mode and effect analysis applied to infection management in intravenous drug distribution centers.Methods From January to June 2019,10 nursing staff in the intravenous drug dispensing center of the hospital were included in the control group survey index data.This group implemented traditional infection management methods.From July to December 2019,10 nursing staff in the intravenous drug compounding center of the hospital were included in the survey index data of the research group.This group implemented medical failure modes and effect analysis management methods in the infection management work.Compared the test results of sedimentation bacteria and the nursing staff total satisfaction of management.Results The rate of qualified indoor air sedimentation bacteria in the research group,the qualified rate of sedimentation bacteria in biological safety cabinets,the qualified rate of hand sedimentation bacteria in the nursing staff,the qualified rate of sediment bacteria in the treatment vehicle,and the nursing staff were satisfied with the management situation rate was higher than that of the control group study data content,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choose medical failure modes and effect analysis methods to demonstrate good management effects in the infection management work of the intravenous drug compounding center.
